How It Works

Each connected donation platform is securely linked using API credentials. Once connected, Charity Connector automatically retrieves new donations and updates donor information on a regular basis.

In addition to these automatic imports, charities can also use the built-in CSV tools to manually import or export donation data whenever needed. This makes it easy to review, correct, or back up records, ensuring that all data stays consistent and up-to-date across every system.

When everything is ready, you can export clean, reconciled data directly to your CRM or fundraising database — including platforms like Raiser's Edge — through our secure API.
